Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Castle Crew website, digital card platform, and related products and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, links and other material you add to your cards ("Your Content"). You grant Castle Crew a licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services — for example, rendering your public card and generating its QR code and wallet pass. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for making sure it does not break the law or these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content or activity.
• No impersonation of another person or organisation.
• No malware, scraping, or attempts to break, overload, or bypass the Services' security or access controls.
• No infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• No harassment, hate speech, or content that is obscene or exploits minors.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans, billing and physical cards

• Paid digital plans (Professional, Executive, Business and Enterprise) are billed yearly in advance in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Product-card licences are add-ons billed per card, per year.
• Physical NFC cards are a one-time purchase; production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your next renewal.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties including hosting and edge infrastructure, email delivery, and optional sign-in with Google. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the software, templates, designs, and Castle Crew branding, are owned by Castle Crew or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to resell or redistribute the templates outside the Services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Services becomes impractical. On termination your public cards stop resolving and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics figures are exact. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castle Crew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give notice through the Services or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
